Things worth knowing before you write

You want to delete your account

You can do it in the app, and you do not have to ask us or give a reason. If you have already lost access to the app, write to privacy@moonflower.social.

Something happened on a date

Write to abuse@moonflower.social, in your own words. When and where you were meant to meet helps us find the rest, but do not hold off writing because you are unsure of the details. See also how safety works.

If you are in immediate danger, call 999. We cannot act at that speed and would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise.

A charge or a deposit you do not recognise

Write to help@moonflower.social with the date it happened. Payments are taken in the app — by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal — and refunds go back the way the money came: to the same card or wallet, from us.
